In response to a tight economic landscape and intensified competition throughout 2024, the short-term rental industry is advancing technologically faster than ever — thanks in large part to artificial intelligence (AI). Both property managers and travelers are embracing AI solutions, drawn by the promise of greater convenience and personalization.

According to Statista, the share of AI-driven revenue in the travel industry climbed to 32% in 2024, and 39% of leisure travelers expressed high satisfaction with AI-generated recommendations. By 2032, generative AI in travel is projected to reach $3.58 billion worldwide, underscoring a rapidly growing market.
